I Am Looking For You

Howdy Howdy and Happy Morning to you all. Or Happy Afternoon or Night depending on what part of the world you are currently residing in.

So lets see.. As most of you know, if I should be so bold as to beat the dead horse, I will be on vacation in two days for the duration of 10 days and will not be painting BUT BUT... I was struck down with an idea yesterday. Explanation: I am a HUGE music lover and I love start up bands and musicians of all types, and I have always wanted to make a piece to reflects a song. This is where you come in! I would like you to send me via email/ myspace site, etc... a song from you, a band that you know, or maybe a Celtic sweetheart that you would like to see me turn into art. ALLLLLL suggestions are welcome. I will choose the lucky song when I arrive back in town and get my druthers about me. Sounds FUNNNNN right?!?!?! Lets make the magic happen people. Plus this is a great way to get your name out there. The artwork will be placed on ebay after completion and full recognition will be given to the musician/s with credits on the back of the painting.

I did do another piece last night but I think I will post that tomorrow since I am going to be BUSSY tonight. Can you believe I am going on a yacht (spelling)!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but wait I don't have a bathing suit. Call me last minute Steph! In my defense, I haven't put on a bathing suit since last summer and I have lost about 25lbs and the one I had doesn't fit, but I didn't know, I thougth I could still make do. Oh well, good intentions right. So I will be suit hunting tonight and picking up odds and ends as I am not sure if I am going to have time to hit up the studio.
